Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date listed at the time of purchase.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping: All orders ship free. Delivery takes 2-5 business days after your order ships, depending on where it's going.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost, damaged or late packages: If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived as expected, email Shop@MichaelVick.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we'll help make it right.

Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can't change an address after an order has shipped.
